A Dragons Lunch

They may be small but they are mighty! Introducing three members of the Blue Fleet. These unique creatures are pelagic species that spawn out in the middle of oceans all around the world. They tend to wash up in warmer months with tides, currents & winds sweeping them into popular bays and beaches. Be warned they all have the ability to harbor nematocyst and can be an unfortunate surprise to unaware beach goers.

With glistening blue features these are definitely ones to admire.

Did you know?

Some of these species use countershading to help defend themselves from predators and more uniquely some are actually hydrozoans which means they are made up of multiple marine organisms. Pretty cool, right?

What makes our prints so special?

In this collection our prints are printed with Archival Inks from Epson.  You will also notice we give you the option to choose the paper you would like to have your piece of art printed on.  We have carefully selected high quality papers to ensure they last you a lifetime and to best showcase the underwater world.

So what are the options?

Metallic: It is a resin coated paper at 260gsm that will be sure to give you the ‘wow’ factor.  We have chosen this paper for its high pigment and its glossy finish. It naturally glistens in the light which really makes underwater photos come alive. To read more on this paper please click here.

Hemp:  At 290gsm, 60% Hemp and 40% cotton this paper is one for the archives. We have chosen this paper for its uniqueness and quality above anything else. A special feature we have added to this paper is a ‘Deckled Edge’ which resembles mold made papers. The edges are hand torn and may appear slightly larger in size than the option selected.
